Next, machine parameters are established to ensure the customer's specific needs are met. Whether using laser cutting, water jet cutting, or CNC machining, once the CAD design is finalized and the process parameters are determined, acrylic part production can begin. Although the process is largely automated, careful observation at this stage is required to ensure correct manufacturing and avoid time-consuming errors.

Finally, we apply post-processing techniques such as polishing and finishing to achieve the desired part appearance. After the product is cut, a final quality inspection is performed to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
