1.Project Analysis

Hongsinn cnc engineering team customizes the most economical and reasonable machining process according to customer needs. Provide
constructive advice to customers from the perspective of structure, selection of materials, surface treatment, etc

2.Selected Material

We have built our own material library to respond to customer orders at any time to ensure the stability of material prices

3.cnc program editing

With 25 years of full-time senior process engineers 7, perfect quotation system, to achieve the design of 4-hour quotation, and provide perfect DMF analysis

4.Adjustment/machining

After the engineer's cnc parts program is completed, the cnc tuning technician carries out product debugging, machining, and first inspection.

5.QC Inspection

12 QC inspectors carry out cnc machining of semi-finished parts at any time, once again ensuring the pass rate of precision parts

6.Own Testing Laboratory

According to the shape and tolerance requirements of the product, precision instruments such as 3-dimensional and 2-dimensional are used to measure the dimensions of the product

7.Surface treatment machining

After the parts are cnc machined, they are processed in our own surface treatment department

8.Packaging/Testing

We will test the surface appearance and size of each product again to ensure that there are no watermarks, scratches, bruises and other undesirable products within the size requirements of the surface treatment

9.Package and Ship

After all sizes have been tested and qualified, we will take photos for customer confirmation and then package and ship. For some
high-end products, we can provide customers with customized packaging with LOGO
