Specialists in Very Large Custom Components
We frequently work on highly customized components, often involving over 1,000 unique parts. To address this challenge, we developed specialized techniques and custom programs for Autodesk Inventor software. This allows us to efficiently process large components while maintaining model stability, consistent part naming, and quickly generating CAM-ready files for manufacturing.
Once the files and prints are ready, we digitally distribute them to the production floor via iPads, providing a powerful opportunity for efficient communication. Any updates can be quickly made from a single server location, synchronizing all iPads in the shop.
Similarly, craftsmen on the shop floor can annotate prints and take photos of the manufacturing process, features, and the final product. We save all this information in the job file for future reference.
