Small-Batch Plastic Parts Production Process
  • 3D Printing Initial Parts: Preliminary parts are created using 3D printing technology, providing models for subsequent processes.
  • Manual Surface Polishing: The 3D-printed parts are manually polished to improve surface smoothness and appearance.
  • Silicone Mold Creation: A simple silicone mold is created using the polished parts, ensuring the core and cavity are identical to those of the injection mold.
  • PA Material Pouring: Specific polyamide (PA) material is poured into the mold, with toner added to adjust transparency.
  • Waiting for Molding: Approximately one hour is allowed for the PA portion to solidify, completing the small-batch production of plastic parts.
