CNC milling machines are ideal for meeting the demands of efficient geometry design and rapid production. Our CNC prototyping capabilities cover both 3-axis and 5-axis milling.
CNC turning is the process of machining rotating workpieces on an automated lathe. Turning is particularly suitable for creating circular or cylindrical geometries.
Our 3-axis and 5-axis milling capabilities offer the speed and precision of automation, enabling the machining of complex geometries and angles.
Working with Hongsinn's engineers, you can virtually iterate your CNC-machined prototypes on our cloud manufacturing platform™. This allows you to optimize your designs and quickly transition to the production stage.
CNC machining is best suited for full-scale production runs: we can rapidly build CNC prototypes and cost-effectively scale up production as you move to larger volume orders.
We can manufacture CNC prototypes in a variety of materials, including plastics and metals, and offer a range of finishing and post-processing options to suit your end-use.

Three-axis CNC milling involves cutting along three linear axes: left-right, front-back, and up-down. This type of milling machine is easy to program and operate, suitable for handling simple geometric designs, and widely used in machining a wide variety of parts.
Five-axis CNC milling expands the design potential of the machining process by adding two motion axes. This method allows machining in multiple directions simultaneously without the need for repositioning between operations, thus enabling faster production of more complex parts.
CNC turning involves applying a cutting tool to a rotating workpiece to manufacture the desired part. During production, the workpiece rotates on a vertical or horizontal axis while the automatic lathe moves around it. CNC turning is precise, repeatable, and scalable, ideal for creating round or cylindrical parts with simple geometries.
