Specializing in complex CNC turning and machining of aerospace parts.
Modern aerospace manufacturing demands complex CNC machining and precision CNC turning to produce high-performance components that meet strict industry standards.

Our CNC turning process enables the production of custom prototypes and end-use production parts within a single day. We use CNC lathes equipped with live tooling, enabling us to machine features such as axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and slots.
CNC turning is commonly used for:
Functional prototypes
End-use parts
Parts with cylindrical features
Parts with axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and slots
CNC Turning Design Guidelines
Our CNC turning fundamentals include important design considerations to help improve part manufacturability, enhance appearance, and reduce overall production time.

Surface Finishing Options for Turned Parts
Turned parts typically have very smooth surfaces. Cylindrical areas can often achieve a smoother surface finish using a lathe than with a mill, so this should be considered when selecting the appropriate machining method.
Areas cut with live tools, such as flat surfaces and grooves, may leave visible tool marks. If desired, the metal part can be lightly bead-blasted to achieve a fine matte finish. Furthermore, hard metals like steel and stainless steel can also be lightly bead-blasted to remove metal strips and sharp or rough areas, resulting in smoother edges (deburring).
