Pipe Cutting
Rotary pipe cutting functions are now widely used in standalone equipment and as add-ons to X-Y cutting tables. These devices can effectively clamp pipes and cut various complex profiles from the pipe wall. By adjusting necessary parameters such as external dimensions, wall thickness, and rotational motion, extremely high-precision cutting can be achieved, ensuring convenient assembly before welding or meeting aesthetic and architectural design requirements.
Some advanced programming functions can even add bevel angles to facilitate welding preparation and improve welding quality and efficiency. This flexibility makes rotary pipe cutting an important tool in modern manufacturing and construction industries.

Beam Machining
Traditionally, beam manufacturing relied on multiple machining machines, each performing a different function. However, today's beam machining equipment—mostly robotic or articulated arm designs—can perform multiple machining operations, such as grooving, chamfering, drilling, slitting, and marking, on a single heavy-duty machine. This integration not only saves time but also improves part precision, cut quality, and is more cost-effective. The structural steel industry widely uses this equipment to manufacture frame materials for power plants, chemical plants, oil refineries, trailers, racking systems, and bridges.
Stamping
Stamping of flat or sheet metal typically relies on two types of equipment. The first is a freestanding punch press, also known as a turret punch press, which provides automated operations including punching, contour cutting (blanking), and tapping. Due to its high versatility, the turret punch press is a highly efficient stamping tool, capable of producing high-precision holes without causing heat effects on the workpiece.
The second type of equipment integrates stamping functions into X-Y plasma cutting systems, laser cutting machines, or sheet metal processing machines. By integrating these processes, processors can significantly improve production efficiency, reduce material handling time, and thus improve part quality. Furthermore, this integrated machine saves floor space.
Plasma/stamping and laser/stamping machines are typically equipped with a traditional cutting table and include a function to reposition the workpiece to a dedicated stamping station (sometimes called a repositioning machine). Sheet metal processing machines integrate cutting, stamping, drilling, and other functions into a single high-performance machine, further enhancing production efficiency and flexibility.
