Specializing in precision machining of aluminum and plastic fabrication.
At Shenzhen Hongsinn Precision Co., Ltd. we specialize in manufacturing aluminum precision machining parts, delivering precision plastic fabrication, and producing high-quality aluminum alloy parts machining solutions. Our AS9100-certified facility combines advanced CNC technologies with material expertise to serve aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial sectors.

What is Precision Machining
Precision machining is a process that removes excess raw material from a workpiece while ensuring tight tolerances to produce a high-quality finished product. In short, it is the process of machining large blocks of material into more precise parts to meet very strict specifications. The process includes cutting, milling, turning and EDM, and usually relies on computer numerical control (CNC) equipment to achieve it.
Precision machining produces a wide variety of objects that we use in our daily lives. Surprisingly, every little part of any object requires the expertise of a machinist. Likewise, worn tools or machines often require machine calibration, welding, or slotting by a precision machinist. From automobile production to surgical equipment to aircraft parts, precision machining plays an important role in various technologies and industries. Therefore, it can be said that almost all products that contain parts require some form of precision machining.
Successful precision machining relies on closely following detailed blueprints drawn up by computer-aided design (CAD) or computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs. This CNC machining technology is able to generate the 3D drawings or outlines required to produce a machine, object or tool. To ensure the quality of the product and the success of the machining, these blueprints must be drawn in great detail and accuracy.
While most precision machining companies use some form of CAD/CAM program, they still often use hand sketches during the initial design stages.

Precision machinists work with a variety of materials, including bronze, glass, graphite, plastic, steel, and other metals. Depending on the size of the project and the materials used, they employ different precision machining tools and techniques. Therefore, machinists must have an in-depth understanding of these various processes and equipment.
Precision machining is an important branch of CNC machining and programming. Therefore, if you want to become a precision CNC machinist, you must have basic knowledge and practical skills in CNC technology. This includes being proficient in the operation, programming, and related manufacturing processes of CNC machine tools.
