On-Demand Metal Bending Services
Hongsinn provides on-demand metal bending services for materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. We can handle stainless steel up to 1/2 inch thick and regular steel up to 3/4 inch thick. Simply upload your bending line drawing (or 3D sheet metal model, which we will automatically unfold for you) to receive instant pricing and manufacturability feedback.
Precision Bending
With precise back gauge positioning accuracy of +/- 0.0001 inches, and real-time material thickness measurement and compensation, our equipment can produce high-precision and repeatable parts. Our standard bending angle tolerance is +/- 1.0 degree.

Clear communication, instant feedback.
Designing precision bent parts is often complex. During the bending process, the radius, k-factor, and part geometry are limited by your shop's tools and materials. Finalizing the design often requires lengthy communication with the shop, increasing costs and lead times. Hongsinn is different. We publicly disclose all bending parameters (such as k-factor and bending radius) in our material catalog, allowing you to immediately start with the correct settings. After uploading your design, our system automatically analyzes your part and runs bending simulations to detect potential manufacturability issues, such as tool collisions.

3D Model Support
We support several common file formats, including STEP, SLDPRT, CATPART, IPT, PAR, and IGES. Simply upload a valid sheet metal design, and the system will automatically unfold your model and generate a flat pattern. During this process, we will adjust the bend radii to match our tooling without changing the part dimensions, while also analyzing the manufacturability of your part.
No 3D model? No problem! We can accept 2D flat patterns in DXF format and provide you with a 3D model of the finished part. Your flat pattern simply needs to include bend lines to indicate where you want the bends to be placed during the bending process.
