How We Reduce Warpage in Large ABS/PC Parts

Use a closed, active heating chamber: Maintains uniform part temperature, preventing warpage caused by temperature differences.
High-Temperature Fully Heated Bed: Combined with PC/ABS-specific adhesive, ensures excellent adhesion.
Use a nozzle with a temperature of ≥300°C: Stable, low-volume airflow helps reduce stress caused by uneven cooling.
Positioning the Part: Places the part in the correct position to minimize overhang stress; adds rounded corners and chamfers to sharp edges.
Use generous edge/rafting: Adjusts shrinkage compensation where needed to enhance stability.
